On May 25, the final of the psychodrama contest with the theme of "bathing in the sun and living in the sun" was held in the Concert Hall of Sunshine Academy. The event specially invited Bao Yuhui, Secretary General of the Fujian Psychological Assistance Association, relevant leaders of the Mawei District Committee Civilization Office, and more than 20 officers and soldiers from the new training detachment of the provincial fire brigade to participate. Sun Fuquan, Vice President of our school, Yang Haijin, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee and Assistant to the President, as well as representatives of relevant functional departments and teachers and students from the School of Child Development and Education, attended this event.
This psychodrama combines the performing arts with mental health education. With the help of the appeal of the stage, it provides a platform for Yango students to understand themselves and analyze themselves, guide students to treat mental health problems rationally, and master the methods and paths of psychological adjustment. At the same time, it is of positive significance to promote mental health knowledge, transmit spiritual strength, strengthen students' self-education, and enhance students' ability to regulate their own psychology.
Each participating team brought an unparalleled performance to this competition, covering various psychological issues faced by college students, such as interpersonal communication, self growth, love, and other themes. Laughter and tears intertwined, winning applause from the audience.
After the play ended, the guests and audience at the scene were amazed by the ingenious idea of the performers' plays, and highly recognized the school running characteristics of applied psychology and the creativity of Yango students.
In the end, the work "Travel" won the first prize; "Rongjie" and "Du Kang Library" won the second prize; 'Poison', 'Anxiety Letter', 'Face Yourself', and 'Imperfect Us' won the third prize in the evaluation; Ma Lisa and Fang Zhengtian won the Best Actress and Best Actor awards respectively; The School of Child Development and Education, School of Design, and School of Civil Engineering were awarded the Outstanding Organization Award.
