At the meeting, the relevant personnel in charge of the enterprise's human resources department put forward opinions and suggestions from aspects such as industry development and changes, enterprise employment needs, talent cultivation models, campus recruitment pain points, and school enterprise communication intentions. They expressed that they will further carry out school enterprise cooperation through internship employment, elite classes, and school enterprise resource sharing construction on the basis of existing cooperation, open up green channels to promote student internship employment, and deepen the integration of industry and education Make contributions to collaborative education.
Teacher representatives shared the connection between the "big export" work and employment work in their respective colleges, stating that each college will continue to carry out visits to enterprises and expand positions, adhere to the combination of "going out" and "inviting in", and explore more job opportunities and opportunities. Student representatives raise difficulties and difficulties in the employment process through personal experience, and engage in face-to-face communication and exchange with enterprises and schools. The relevant department heads provide detailed answers to the doubts raised by the enterprise representatives.
