The Human Resources Office is the department responsible for managing the university’s human resources. It handles the planning and implementation of human resources, as well as the development and enhancement of human resources management systems. The office also manages labor relations, evaluates professional and technical personnel, recruits and deploys staff, conducts performance appraisals, manages salary and benefits, and provides talent services.
