Admissions Office

The Admissions Office serves as a permanent institution responsible for the undergraduate enrollment affairs of the university. Its primary functions encompass overseeing the school's admissions publicity, admission procedures, and the analysis of enrollment-related data, with the aim of fulfilling the school's annual enrollment plan. The specific job responsibilities are as follows:

1. In strict compliance with the national guidelines, policies, and regulations governing admissions work, and in consideration of the actual circumstances of our school, the admissions work plan is meticulously formulated.

2. Enforce the regulations and statutes on admissions work promulgated by the superior education administrative authorities and elaborately formulate the school's admissions prospectuses, as well as the rules and regulations for admissions.

3. Organize and conduct both online and offline admissions publicity and consultation services. Establish and maintain high-quality student source bases in senior high schools, and introduce the school's profile and admissions policies to applicants and their parents.

4. Assume responsibility for the entirety of the admissions enrollment work for regular undergraduates and the transition from junior college to undergraduate programs, including the issuance and dispatch of admission notices.

5. Take charge of the compilation and analysis of admissions data.

6. Be accountable for the comprehensive administrative affairs and routine tasks such as the financial budget of the Admissions Office.

The Employment Guidance Center 

It is an important department of the university that offers students comprehensive career planning, employment guidance, and employment services. It is responsible for students' career development education, employment skills training, the connection of employment resources, and the statistics, analysis, reporting, and verification of employment data. The center provides all-around and multi-level employment support and services to assist students in smoothly starting their career journeys. The specific job responsibilities are as follows:

1. In Line with the national guidelines, policies, and regulations on employment work, and considering the school's actual situation, scientifically formulate and improve the employment work plan and employment guidance plan.

2. To establish and maintain a school - enterprise cooperation platform, introduce the school's employment resources and relevant policies to students and enterprises, and organize and conduct both online and offline employment publicity and consultation services.

3. Be in charge of the organization and implementation of Campus Recruitment Fairs, Corporate Recruitment Presentations, and other activities, thereby providing students with internship and employment opportunities and establishing a platform for face - to - face communication.

4. Take responsibility for the conscription work for college students. Through policy promotion, consultation answering, and registration assistance, help students understand the conscription policies and complete the registration process.

5. Organize special actions of visiting enterprises to expand job opportunities. Visit enterprises, conduct in-depth industry research, establish cooperative relationships with more high-quality enterprises, and explore more employment positions suitable for students.

6. Organize employment guidance service activities such as a series of employment salons, which cover contents like resume writing, interview skills, and workplace etiquette, so as to enhance students' employability.

7. Assume the responsibility for the statistics, analysis, reporting, and verification of employment data, thereby providing a scientific basis for the school's employment work.
