The office of Academic Affairs is the functional department of the university’s teaching management. It is responsible for planning, organizing,coordinating and checking the daily teaching management, reviewing and implementing the professional training programs.

  Main duties:

1. the development and implementation of teaching work plan and teaching management system.

2. review the professional training programs and course syllabus.

3. Responsible for the development and implementation of the university’s enrollment plan.

4. Responsible for the practice teaching, examination, student registration management, grade management, graduation qualification audit and other management work.

5. Responsible for the College’s class scheduling, classroom scheduling and daily teaching dynamic management.

6. Responsible for reviewing and ordering teaching materials, printing and supplying test paper materials.

7. Responsible for organizing the opening, selection and performance management of general education courses.

8. Participate in the feasibility study of laboratory construction.    

9. Complete other work assigned by the leadership.
