From November 15th to 18th, the World Maritime Equipment Conference 2024 was held in Fuzhou. Yango University sent 42 young volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the event, showcasing the distinctive charm of Yango University’s youth to both domestic and international attendees.

This international event, focusing on the cutting edge of global maritime equipment, was hosted by the People’s Government of Fujian Province and co-organized by the Fuzhou Municipal People’s Government, with the theme, “Carrying the Dreams of Humanity to New Horizons.” It brought together top enterprises and experts from around the world. The volunteer recruitment for the event focused on professionalism, internationalization, and precision, selecting volunteers primarily from marine and foreign language-related majors.

After careful preparation and intensive training, the volunteers played a vital role in delivering essential services during the conference, including guest reception, sightseeing assistance, and logistical support. Their efforts truly reflected the vibrant spirit and selfless commitment of Yango students.
